Simplify location in lessons#14

The option for adding locations doesn’t work very well because when people add locations by writing them out, they always write them out slightly differently so you get a dozen different versions of the same address.

It would be better if you just had 3 options on the location list: Home, Office, and Other. The ‘Home’ option should either have a pop-up with the address from the student’s profile, or act as a link direct to the profile. Then if ‘Other’ is selected, the person can write the location out.
